Paul has tried dozens of cases mostly for the defense across multiple jurisdictions in Florida. He initially handled a variety of general liability cases and then defended medical malpractice cases for physicians and hospitals in South Florida and around the state.
He also represented Plaintiffs for five years and has tried medical malpractice, wrongful death, and personal injury cases to verdict for Plaintiffs.
He has represented a health care system and other clients in administrative actions with state agencies and licensing boards. He has tried numerous cases before administrative law judges in Tallahassee, and participated in appeals and oral arguments.
